I love the fast pace of a start-up environment and have a roll up your sleeves and get involved attitude to everything I do. If I’m not sure how to do something myself, then I will find a way to do it whether that is leveraging relationships or researching the best solution for a project.
With a traditional and digital marketing background and expertise in (marketing) CRM and email marketing strategy, I fully understand lead generation and incorporate this objective in to everything. This includes expos and experiential. I have a creative approach to problem solving and I’m able to harness new solutions, whilst supporting other departments and the end customer.
I understand the importance of cross departmental communication and pain points for other teams when it comes to communication strategies. For example, I transformed the CRM piece which included our internal departments, outbound sales team, customer flows, script creation and email communication as part of a major project.
I have managed numerous exciting projects such as partner marketing campaigns - working alongside major B2B brands. Recently I successfully completed a huge CRM project to implement a marketing automation email tool Pardot, update all operational email flows and the creation of a compliant audit trail cross channel.
For kicks, I am a personal trainer and hold a Level 1 British Weight Lifting qualification.

I am a passionate and motivated Product Specialist who has over 10 years' experience of planning, developing and launching award winning, cutting edge technology products. I have expert knowledge of mobile payment, e-commerce, omni-channel digital marketing, proximity beacon and electronic invoicing products.
With business, strategic and commercial experience - having worked in Product Management Innovation, Technical, Key Partnership, Specialist Solution Sales and Product Marketing roles for start-ups, SME and large corporations. My entire career has been customer facing with a strong focus on Retail, helping customers to resolve complex problems, whilst collaborating within challenging matrix environments.
